TEACHING YOUR STUDENTS TO PUNCTUATE WITH QUESTION MARK CORRECTLY

Hi, everyone. Sometimes it is quite hard to teach the level 1 students on how to punctuate correctly. Especially when it comes to questioning forms. One of the easiest ways on how to teach your students to punctuate with question mark correctly is to ask them to identify the first word of the particular sentences as the indication for the question form sentences. The teaching aid below might help you in this matter.

* This image is in A3 size.

So, when they see these words at the beginning of a sentence, they will know that they need to put a question mark at the end of the sentence.

This is what I have been using in my classroom and as of now, I could say that it is quite effective.

Now, test your students.
