ENGLISH MANUAL ASSESSMENT RECORDS FOR STUDENTS (YEAR 1-6) 2017

Assalamualaikum and hi readers. The uploaded files below are my school's standardised English Language manual assessment record for students. This version may not be as required by other schools or other ppds.


But I  adapted it from the excel template given by the my ppd.

Since many teachers complain that they are having difficulty in adjusting the margin, fonts and etc in order to make it presentable in printed version, so, I have decided to make this word version to all English teachers at my school.

Teachers may opt to write the students' name manually using their handwriting if they do not know how to import the name from the APDM. Just print out the blank template.

And teachers who want to import the students' name from the APDM can just copy paste the names in this template.

This version is purposely done for teachers' printed version and to be kept in their personal file.
