Learning buddies' main job is to assist and help their friends in doing the tasks given by the teacher.
There are certain requirements that they need to fulfil before they can become one of the learning buddies.Some of the requirements are:
-Finish the work given earlier than others.
-Get all answers correct.
-Possess good attitude throughout the lesson.
However, despite all the requirements, they are enthusiastically competing with each other to be the learning buddies. They feel that it is an honour for them since they will put on the learning buddies' crown and tag and they will be given two stars in their reward chart for giving their service as the learning buddies.
So we could engage those students who finish their work early by assigning them to assist their friends.
Hopefully, this will be effective not only in controlling the students' behaviour in class but also motivating the students in their learning. I.Allah
